Terms and Conditions

Paid registration is required before the first day of class/camp. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club via our secure website. For other payments, such as cash, check, Venmo or PayPal, please contact MTLA by phone or e-mail. There is a $30 fee for late payments or returned checks.

Participants whom engage in MTLA activities do so at their own risk and are obligated to inform MTLA and its staff of any existing injuries or medical conditions. MTLA does not accept liability for loss or damage to belongings of participants and/or visiting persons.

Each student must complete a MTLA Health Form and MTLA Photo/Video Release Form before he/she is permitted to participate in class/camp. Both forms will be provided before the first day of class/camp.

Refund Policy

There is a non-refundable $150 service fee. For a class, students must cancel before the first day. For a camp, campers must cancel 10 days prior to the start date.

Attendance of all actors is crucial for a successful show. Two or more absences may result in a re-cast. There are no refunds for a missed class/camp for any reason (i.e. sick, travel, etc.).

MTLA reserves the right to cancel a program if the class/camp does not meet a minimum enrollment. MTLA will apply any pre-paid amounts to use for any other class/camp.
